UC San Diego Pathology Residency & Fellowship Training Verification

Verification Process

All Pathology Residency and Fellowship verification requests must be submitted to the UC San Diego Pathology Residency Program via email. To initiate the verification process, submit your payment and verification forms:

1. Submit Verification Forms

Email us all verification forms needing completion to: TrainingVerificationsPath@health.ucsd.edu

2. Send Payment

Acceptable Payment Methods: Check Only

  • Make check payable to: "UC Regents" 
  • Memo line: include name of trainee on memo line
  • Mail to:

Requests submitted without payment will not be processed. Verifications are processed on Tuesdays. Upon receipt of payment, your request will be processed and sent to the requesting person or entity. Requests for verification processing will be fulfilled the Tuesday following receipt of payment.

 

Verification Pricing

  • No fee: For graduates within 1 year of UCSD Residency or Fellowship completion date
    • Example: A June 30, 2020 graduate of the Residency Program can submit requests for verification until June 30, 2021 at no charge.
  • $50.00: All other graduates outside of 1 year exempted Residency/Fellowship completed date (i.e. greater than 1 year of Residency/Fellowship completion date)
